GENERAL INFORMATION - Things you might want to know.

WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?
We are based in Llanfairfechan and cover all of North Wales as well as the Llyn peninsula and southern Snowdonia. We are happy to travel anywhere in the U.K. but outside of these areas may incur travel expenses and possibly accomodation depending on how far away you are.

CAN WE MEET UP WITH YOU BEFORE WE BOOK?
Yes you can, I offer a free consultation where I can show you more of my work and you can have a look at some sample albums we do.
I am more than happy to come to you or we can meet somewhere of your choice.

WHEN DO WE BOOK AND DO YOU NEED TO PAY A BOOKING FEE?
Bookings are on a first come first serve basis, please book as soon as possible to ensure your date is secure, popular dates can book up years in advance. If you enquire with us we can pencil in the date for 2 weeks and give you first refusal if there is another enquiry but if we don't hear from you after that then the date will become free again. We require a £200 non-refundable booking fee* to secure the day and full payment 28 days before the wedding day. Any extras will need to be paid for when ordered. Payments can be made bank transfer, please contact me for account details.

* In the event you have to rechedule your wedding day to a date I am already booked for, or you decide to cancel then the fee will be lost.*

HOW LONG BEFORE WE GET TO SEE OUR PICTURES?
A small teaser of shots will be available to see online on Facebook usually within a week of your big day, these are just a few and the rest of your shots will be sent to you on your USB for you to view in the comfort of your own home. Your online gallery will then go live for you to view. They may take up to 6-8 weeks to edit during busy months, but we do try our best to get them done within 3 weeks. Please be patient. 

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR IMAGES?
If you are having an album then when you are ready, a consultation can be arranged for you to discuss the images you have chosen for your album and any extras you would like. If there are any photos you would like to change, i.e. from colour to black and white or any of the colour processes you have seen in my portfolio then this can be discussed at the consultation. Or you can just send me a list of your choices via email. 

DO YOU DO A BLOG?
A small collection of your photos may appear on my blog. So I don't spoil the surprise, I will only do the blog after you have received all your photos and had a good chance to see them.

HOW LONG DO YOU STAY FOR?
I cover the whole day from bridal preparation all the way through to your first dance. I will usually stay a bit longer to capture the fun and games of the evening party.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET?
You will usually get between 300 & 500 fully edited photos but sometimes it could be more.


PORTRAIT SHOOTS

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
As most shoots are only 1-2hrs long then anything over 35miles from LL33 postcode will incure a small charge for travel.

HOW LONG IS A VOUCHER VALID FOR?
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, please ensure you book ASAP, summer can be very busy with weddings so availability will be limited, but don't worry, we will try our best to get it done close to when you want.
