FAVOURITE WEDDING PHOTOS OF 2022
So here it is, finally done. The blog. A small collection of my favoutite shots from last year. Believe me, there could have been so many more but I had to draw a line somewhere. It has taken me hours to go through thousands of photos and choose these, and what a good time it was, bringing back so many memories of each special day, no matter how long or short. They are in no particular order and focus mainly on the candid photos with some details and portraits thrown in. Most are those little moments to treasure that capture the spirit and emotion of the day and give a true representation of the day as it happened. More>>> |
LAURA & RHYS - A Henblas wedding story
Weddings don't get much better and Laura & Rhys's big day at Henblas country park didn't disappoint. The story started with a fantastic pre wedding shoot on the cliffs of Rhoscolyn back in 2021, it was such a fun shoot and I was looking forward to photographing the wedding. Fast forward pretty much exactly a year and it's wedding day. woop woop. More >>> |
EMILY & ROB - An Abersoch wedding
Here is a little wedding I just had to share from last year. I was asked to photograph Emily & Rob's wedding down on the Llyn Peninsula. When I first met them they told me it wasn't a big fancy all out wedding day. Just a small, intimate family and close friends kind of wedding, all relaxed and no big fuss. The ceremony was in the lovely church at Llanbedrog and then they planned to head over to the sailing club in Abersoch for some drinks. More>>> |
HEATHER & TOM - Pentre Mawr wedding
Heather and Tom got married, what a beautiful day it was. They chose Pentre Mawr Country House as the venue. Nestled in the Welsh countryside, this lovely house with its barns and outbuildings just oozes style, which fitted perfectly for Heather and Tom's vision. Before the ceremony I met up with the girls for some prep shots, they were staying in one of the cottages, everyone was really relaxed, even their dog managed to get some attention. I also met up with the boys for a few shots, they were staying in one of the really cool safari lodges. More >>> |
BETTY & ED - Tros Yr Afon wedding
Wow, Betty and Ed are so lovely, celebrating their wedding at Tros Yr Afon was so much fun. Another new venue for me but what a gorgeous place to have a wedding. This wedding had it all! Everything from a tipi marquee, an outdoor ceremony officiated by a friend, a trip to Penmon point for some photos, More >>> |
CADI & JORDAN - Soughton Hall wedding
Soughton Hall is a venue I have been wanting to photograph at for a long time. This stunning Georgian country house, a former bishops palace sits at the end of a long tree lined drive and is such an amazing backdrop for a wedding. So when Cadi and Jordan booked me to photograph thier wedding and told me where they were having it, I have to admit, I got a little bit excited. More>>> |
KATIE & NIGEL - Llyn Gwynant, Snowdonia
When you are passionate about the outdoors, and you love the mountains, and you are getting married, then where is the best place to do it? When you live in Cornwall you are no stranger to amazing scenery but for Katie and Nigel it was a no brainer, they love North Wales and chose a spot right in the heart of Snowdonia. More>>> |
