European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
By law, I now have to tell you a load of gibberish pertaining to GDPR. This basically means what I will or will not do with any personal information
you have sent me. So if you really need to know then keep reading.
By contacting me using the above form or by just emailing me, then you will have to give me your name and email address and other personal details. If you book me, and why wouldn't you to be honest. This will require you to give me other personal information. This is necessary for me to be able to contact you should you enquire with me or you have already booked me to photograph you. Only the information you have provided to enable me to do my job of photographing you will be kept by me.
Any personal information that you have sent to me will be kept for about 7yrs, this is just to enable me to do my accounts in line with UK tax laws, After that it will be destroyed. You can, at any point ask me to show you or delete any personal information I have. If this is before I have photographed you then it could make it slightly awkward to get to your wedding or photoshoot. If you think your details may be obtained by third party's, don't worry. All this information is kept on secure, password protected email sites that I use which are fully GDPR compliant themselves.
I will from time to time, use some of the photographs of you on my website or in my blogs or on social media. This is fine and has nothing to do with GDPR. There is no personal information in the photos. Unless you have your email and phone number emblazoned across a piece of clothing. In which case I would have probably edited it out already.
If you need to know anything else then please contact me using the above form, this will require you to give me some personal details.
