Nikita & Sean - Llangollen wedding

Congratulations to Nikita ans Sean who were married in St. Collens church in Llangollen and then went on to the Whitewaters hotel for their reception. Once again we were greeted with fine weather to start the day and rain was forecast for later on in the evening. I met up with the lads first thing and interrupted breakfast (sorry lads). All the boys were in good spirits and plenty of laughs were had while they got ready. From there I headed off to see the girls and as usual everyone was stress free and just getting on with things. After some photos I left Nikita looking stunning in her dress and headed for the church, St. Collens church in the heart of Llangollen looked amazing under the blue skies. I met up with Sean and the lads once again for a couple more shots before Nikita arrived.

A beautiful ceremony was had and after a few family photographs everyone else headed to the venue while Nikita and Sean had a couple of photos around the grounds of the church. Then it was off to the whitewaters hotel just up the road in Llangollen for the reception. We did a few more photographs in the garden and also down by the river before Nikita, Sean and guest's sat down for food.

Once everyone was full and laughs had died down from the very entertaining speeches, Nikita and Sean headed of to Plas Newydd for some more photographs. Plas Newydd is a historic house in Llangollen, add the grounds with its beautifully manicured hedges and a nice riverside walk and it's the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs. We spent a little while walking around giving Nikita and Sean a little time on their own away from the hustle and bustle of the wedding.
It was then back to greet the evening guests and start the night off by cutting the amazing nightmare before Christmas themed cake with Jack and sally sat on top and then the dancing was kicked off with a great first dance.
